I really like this pic and the whole idea here, but I must point out that the girl looks like copy/paste into this pic.. Imo her skin tone (hands in particular) do not fit the dark scene as good as it could.

Other thing I wanna point out is the skeleton hand. It looks a bit weird but I can't quite put my finger on why S: Kinda looks like copy/paste too. Shading is a bit off there mayhap. Or just the fact that the character is way dark otherwise, the bright hand sets me off (:

All in all I like it, and I probably could not do it better myself xD

I hope you don't take my critique offensive in any way.

Here's your critique:
Death's two hands clash. the scythe hand is whole and gloved, different from 'his' right hand which is remarkably clean for a entity as old as time. I'd say pick one or the other and stick to it, and with as much texture and gradient as you have throughout the rest of the piece, bring that into the little things.
