It's symbolic - those scars of beautiful women means that every one of us has some issues and problems deep inside under the mask of smile. We are afraid to show them because they are too private and too delicate.

But if you have a chance to share them with somebody it will free you - that's the meaning of those butterflies which are untangling the burdensome of it.

That's perhaps too philosophic. :XD: I still can't realize I have a summer holidays. :)
